Design files are translated into three-dimensional geometric tool cutting paths, while CAM (computer aided machining) streamlines the manufacturing process to provide rapid prototyping and the final production mold. CAD-driven electric discharge machines cut intricate shapes that conventional milling machines cannot achieve.
