PCBA assembly  storage method

After the final processing of the PCBA assembly is completed, if the finished product assembly is not carried out in a timely manner, it is necessary to store the PCBA to prevent it from being exposed to air for a long time and affecting its performance.

1、 Applying three proof paint

For PCBA boards that have not been used for a long time, three proof paint should be applied, which has moisture-proof, dustproof, and anti oxidation effects, and can effectively extend the storage time. After applying three proof paint, the storage time can be extended by 9 months.

2、 Vacuum packaging method

PCBA storage should not come into contact with air and water. Firstly, the PCBA board should be packaged in a vacuum bag, and a layer of bubble film should be wrapped around the edge of the box when packing. The water absorption of the bubble film is relatively good, which plays a good role in moisture-proof. Of course, moisture-proof beads cannot be missing. Then classify and label the emissions. After sealing, the box must be stored in a dry and ventilated place, separated from the wall and off the ground, and avoid direct sunlight.

3、 Control the temperature and humidity of the warehouse

The temperature of the warehouse stored in PCBA should be controlled at 23 ± 3 ℃, 55 ± 10% RH, with a temperature of less than 25 ℃ and a relative humidity of less than 65% under good storage conditions. It should have temperature control and no corrosive gases in the indoor environment.
